Frequently Asked Questions

What are your rates?

We have a sliding scale rate schedule for workshop facilitation. For midsized and larger organizations, our rates begin at $500/hr per presenter and go up to $1000/hr per presenter. A minimum of three presenters is required for workshops, and a minimum of 4 presenters is required for panels.

For smaller organizations, our rates are a flat $500-$1000 per presenter (no hourly billing).

Workshops and panels run from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, depending on topic and organizational needs.

We do ask that organizations pay at the highest rate their budget allows, as we are all low-income disabled 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, a majority of whom are also Black and/or Indigenous, and we have put quite a bit of labor into our workshop/panel offerings.

Do you offer free consultations?

We offer free 15 minute consultations to new prospective clients. Any time beyond that would be billed at our normal hourly consulting rate (see below).

Do you offer consulting services?

We do! Our sliding scale rates for consulting services begin at $250/hr and end at $750/hr.
